When in stock we will ship most orders within 3 working days.
When the item is not in stock or made to order, it will ship within 1 to 6 weeks. You can contact us for
more information.
We take the utmost care to make sure your order is immaculately packed and presented to insure that
all orders will arrive safely and timely.

Return policy
If you are unhappy with your goods, which we obviously regret, we will happily issue a replacement or
refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order in original, unused and resalable condition. All items must be complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. Make
sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Have we received everything in good condition and in a timely manner? Then the purchase amount
will be refunded to your account within 7 workdays.
The return costs are at own expense.
